I’m guessing Stewart Cink thinks Lambert is the more unwatchable based on this tweet, and this one…oh and this one from his wife. 

I wonder if it was the S&M stuff, the kissing the woman above or…I’m betting it was the pelvic face humping (see 1:06 below…you know you wanna).  Personally I think people should be a lot more offended by the singing.

Which is why I was surprised when I reached the conclusion that his management team secretly hates him.

How did I realize this?  I had my suspicions when they signed him up for these lame Srixon commercials.

And then I was convinced he is loathed by those closest to him when the latest GolfWorld landed at my stoop.

Exhibit A

Whoa baby.  I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall in this pitch meeting:

“No really Jimmy, show your lighter side!  You’re a funny guy people should get to know that part of you!”

“Really guys, ya think this works?”

“Absoluckinflutely.”

Exhibit B

Clown shoes.  Goddam clown shoes.  This is what you’ve been reduced to Jim.  The clown shoes guy.  Really?  Did we have to go this far?  No, the answer is no.

In fairness I haven’t read the article yet.  It could be wonderful and worth the photographic humiliation.  It’s written by John Hawkins though so…suffice to say I have some doubts.

I don’t know why the people around Furyk despise him.  But here’s hoping he sees this and gets out while he can.  They may not be satisfied with killing his image. Next it could get personal.

Hack likes Jim Furyk and is sure that this cover shoot was his way of showing his lighter side and that he doesn’t take himself too seriously.  Message received.
