We just learned that Rankmark has setup their voting for Golf Blog of the Month.

We are up against some stiff competition and really, these are three fine golf bogs in our opinion.
But if you visit us, enjoy our content, and are so inclined - we’d appreciate your vote.
Of course it’s not about who wins or loses……ok, that’s a lie. We totally want to win.
But more importantly we hope you go to Rankmark and check out their discussion board and read all three blogs…plus the previous weeks runner-up blogs, which are all quite good as well.

You know me, right? I often feel the need to express my opinion when I should probably just keep it to myself. But anyway, I’ve got to say it:
I really hate the idea of a competition where the contestants have to go out and grub votes from people in order to win. Something just seems so wrong about that. Unless it’s a competition to…see who’s the best vote grubber.
But if it’s a competition the best blog, or the sexiest blogger, or the most useful ap… there’s got to be some other way of judging it.
IMHO…jus saying…etc.
So, I guess that we can’t count on your vote then? *L*

I would grub for votes and then simply apologize for vote grubbing. No harm, no foul…

You guys are awesome and I hate being pitted against you in a blog fight to the death! If my own blog wasn’t in contention, you’d totally have my vote 
I have to agree with golfgirl, in a perfect world there’d be no need to grub for votes, but… it is what it is
They said the most votes wouldn’t be the ONLY factor in their decision, but they emphasized it’s importance..
I’d also like to say I feel pretty honored that I’ve been put into a similar category as NiceBallz.com, your content is always top notch.
