Tiger Woods is on a roll. He won the Buick Open and the WGC Bridgestone Invitational back-to-back weeks. Now he is a heavy favorite at the PGA Championship.
The final major golf championship of the year begins Thursday and the betting industry gives roughly 2-1 or 3-1 odds on Woods winning this week, depending on when you look and who you ask.
None of this is surprising. He has done it for years. However, Woods measures success by winning the biggest tournaments and he has not won a major in more than a year.

I am rolling the dice and going with Tiger Woods to be victorious in this weekends PGA Championship.
I am going to be nutty and choose fellow SoCal native, fellow lefty Phil Mickelson. He’s due for an emotional win and why not?

Feels like a cop out, but it’s going to be Tiger. Is that tee waterproof, breathable, sun protective, mosquito repellent and stain resistant? I’m sure I forgot one.
From the guy who is a member of The First Church of Tiger Woods, has a 6′ framed tiger poster, his autograph, a collection of memorabilia slightly larger than what would be considered healthy and lots of stuff with swooshes on them…gotta’ go with Tiger.

I won two bets with a buddy of mine earlier this year (Accenture Match Pay and The Masters) by taking the field against Tiger. I think Tiger’s game is different now – I’m taking Tiger this time.
