Golfweek’s Beth Ann Baldry (who regardless of what you may think of her as a writer, impressed me by possibly being the only traditional media reporter who readily was on the course viewing play) had this to say about Hur’s win and subsequent press conference.

Wow. Only with her caddy for a week. Who are all the dweebs in the background talking on their phones/making all the noise? Geesh. Having watched the Gulbis interview and now this one, they need a better media interviewing set up. Both were really great interviews, though. Great coverage of the tournament guys–a lot of work. Can’t believe the lazy traditional media coverage–no wonder the medium is suffering.
