Top Ten Reasons Norman Chose Adam Scott

September 8, 2009 / Posted in Featured, Humor/Satire

Sure, on the surface it seems completely non-sensical and borderline moronic to choose Adam Scott (pictured above, looking for his game) to play in the Presidents Cup

But that’s only because you don’t have the insider info that we delve into the deep dark crevices of the golfing underworld to find here at NiceBallz.com.

So here it is, the never before seen list of reasons Greg Norman drew up while making his decision to pick Adam Scott.  How’d we get it?  Let’s just say we had to go undercover as part of the housekeeping staff at Norman’s hotel. Hard hitting journalism isn’t always pretty folks.

Some of these make a ton of sense, really.

10. He’s so due, never mind that he’s 0-3-0 in singles for the Prez Cup.

 9. I love me some Kate Hudson.

 8. Helps raise the visibility of other Australians over that damn Crocodile Dundee.

 7. Three words: Adam Scott groupies.

 6. I think three voices (Allenby, Ogilvy and now Scott) will sound better than two when responding to my “Aussie Aussie Aussie – Oy Oy Oy!” calls in team meetings.

 5. Should have never taken the dare option in the traditional Truth or Dare match with Couples last night.

 4. Started research by looking at the ’A’ country names: “Afghanistan, nope.  Algeria, hope. Armenia, nope.  Oh hey now, Australia!”

 3. I am pretty sure with this FedEx Cup system, missing advancement past the first round is a good thing.  Right?

 2. We are going to OWN the swimsuit round of the competition.

 1. Adam is already going to be in San Francisco that week, so one less Priceline.com negotiation I have to do.

#12 Heather Jones, of Real Women Golf Enterprises, spoke to her buddy Greg and he agreed to give Adam a chance after attending the RWG Puttting School.

Adam arrives this Thursday, Kokogirl and I are picking him up at the airport. Life is good!

Please note that Kate Hudson is not invited to RWG putting school.

I never knew our female readers were so shallow as to put genetically freakish good looks above good golf sense. Ok, well I knew…but still it’s good to see it put out there publicly in comments ;) .
