Hall of Shame for sure. I agree with the first commentor that the couple is physically unattractive, unappealing and unsexy. Maybe I have really high standards or something but that how I see those two. I guess guys find the woman attractive because she’s portrayed as enjoying sex – that seems to make almost any woman attractive in many men’s eyes.

The guy is written as an annoying neanderthal-type and the woman as a pathetic loser who for some reason digs the neanderthal …and of course she demonstrates no interest in golf at all.

IMHO the ad below belongs in the hall of fame. And it’s a Viagra ad, to boot. A Mexican Viagra ad, and the only one I’ve ever seen that doesn’t suck.

Funny how Mexicans are able to make an ED ad that’s classy, romantic and sexy… and us Americans… with our side-by-side bathtubs and unappealing models… are only able to make ads that are disingenuous, misogynistic, arrogant, pandering and/or pathetic.

The couple is in bed starting to get a little cozy. She stops and says you won’t believe the shot I had on 9 today. I almost eagled the damn thing!” He says, “Honey, can we not talk about golf for a few moments?” Then he looks into the camera and says, “And I’m the one who wanted her to start golfing.”

This has NEVER happened to me, but it might be a good ad. ;o)

How about this. After he gives his rundown, she jumps up throws on her golf clothes on and says, “I know! So you won’t mind if I hit the course a little early today? Nothing makes me more euphoric than fitting in 36.”

Needs work, but you get the idea. I think a real golfer should play the role. Of course I mean me!
